Misha Collins Of Supernatural Fame Poses As Gotham Knights' Future Two-Face
Misha Collins, a former Supernatural actor, has shared a new look at his portrayal of District Attorney Harvey Dent in the forthcoming CW series Gotham Knights.
Misha Collins, who plays Gotham City District Attorney Harvey Dent on Gotham Knights, has released a new image of his character. The photograph depicts the actor, dressed as Harvey Dent, pointing to the Gotham City Police Department logo/emblem from the upcoming superhero drama series. "This is my new workplace," Collins commented in community text, which was subsequently retweeted.
"I'm discovering that the crooks of Gotham are merciless, but the fitted suits are actually pretty good." Not to be confused with the upcoming DC video game of the same name, Gotham Knights is set in the aftermath of Bruce Wayne's murder and follows his rebellious adopted son, Turner Hayes, who forms an unlikely alliance with the children of Batman's enemies when they are all framed for killing the Dark Knight.
Collins has stated how his character fits into the overall plot of the series, stating that Harvey Dent was friends with Bruce Wayne and that he knew Turner Hayes "quite well growing up" and considered him "like an adopted nephew." The actor said, "So I don't want the evidence mounting against Turner to be real. But it does add up to be fairly persuasive."
Harvey Dent/Two-Face, created by Bob Kane, first appears in Detective Comics #66 in 1942 and is one of the Caped Crusader's most lasting rogues. After Billy Dee Williams in Batman, Tommy Lee Jones in Batman Forever, Aaron Eckhart in The Dark Knight, and Nicholas D'Agosto in the drama series Gotham, Collins will be the sixth actor to play Harvey Dent in live-action.
Unlike D'Agosto's Dent, Collins is expected to change into Two-Face on Gotham Knights, but not in the first season. Collins stated in April 2022, "My role will be Harvey Dent for the whole first year." "So I've had a wonderful long period of not being two-faced. Then I transform into Two-Face!" In addition to Harvey Dent, renowned Bat-Family members Carrie Kelley, Stephanie Brown, and Harper Row will appear as Robin, Spoiler, and Bluebird, respectively, in Gotham Knights. While it is uncertain if Brown and Row will utilize their superhero personas in Gotham Knights, Carrie Kelly's actor has indicated that she will play Robin.
