New 3-Month Roadmap & Expansion Pack For Sims 4 Are Teased
The Sims 4 development team has hinted at a forthcoming release schedule for the game, covering July through September, with various hints about potential DLC
The Sims 4 offers DLC in a variety of sizes and price points. Expansion Packs, which are the most common type of DLC and provide the most material overall, sometimes include a completely new planet along with several additional gameplay features, objects, and outfits.
Even though The Sims 4 has received a ton of DLC in the past year, The Sims 4: Cottage Living marks the first real expansion pack to be published for the well-known simulation game. Over the following months, it appears that players will receive a lot of new material, including the long-awaited release of a new Expansion Pack.

The Sims Twitter account recently hinted that a new roadmap announcement highlighting DLC slated to arrive from July through September will be made shortly for the game. The "Rise & Shine" motif is highlighted by animation as the walls gradually fill with additional DLC information. A new basic game update, a new Expansion Pack, a new build Kit, and a new style Kit are all mentioned in the post. The wall also appears filled with hints that could reveal the DLC's content, like a graduation cap, decorative vases and plants, and a transgender flag.

The graduation cap and two pencils beneath it, as well as the common stylized S that is frequently scribbled on a sheet of paper on the bottom left, seem to indicate the existence of an impending Sims 4 Expansion Pack dubbed High School, which was hinted to in a previous leak. The construction kit may have a botanical theme because of the abundance of plant pictures, but previous Kit Blooming Rooms have previously had botanical themes, so it's not obvious in what new directions the kit would take plant life. The trans flag could be a nod to the game's ongoing pronouns update, which has not yet been updated for languages other than English. The introduction of a new Expansion Pack for The Sims 4 is major news that is sure to excite many fans, even though the specifics of what the upcoming three months will include are yet unclear.
